WATERFRONT

Overview

The Waterfront offers 26 ha of development land at the southern end of the Solent Enterprise Zone, split into two land ownerships – Daedalus Park (3 ha) and the Waterfront (23 ha) – with a marine slipway providing direct access to the water. This makes it an ideal location for boat builders, marine and other related businesses that launch, test or transport products on the water.
Daedalus Park is currently being brought forward for development in three phases by developer Tidebank, with a phase 1 light industrial scheme of seven 2-storey buildings providing units from 1,500 to 13,650 sq ft being occupatied in 2016.
